Can't say I've noticed it, but I do get chest pains and tightness from time to time anyway along with palpitations. It's a symptom of the stress and anxiety I'm trying to treat. Mitral valve prolapse is another possibility in that it can cause feelings of panic and anxiety.

Antipscyhotics can prolong the QT interval and cause arrhythmias as I'm sure you know, but this disappears after stopping the drug as far as I am aware. Does the problem go away after you've been off Seroquel for a few days?
