Tianeptine and Escitalopram

I took 12.5mg tianeptine with 10mg escitalopram (Lexapro/Cipralex) an hour ago. I'm feeling pretty weird and queasy now. I'm not entirely sure why I took it, to take the pain of my bad back away and ease codeine withdrawal I suppose. It seems to be working for the back pain but I'm not liking this spaced-out feeling and weird coldness in my legs and brain.
