I'm on valium and a bit of xanax . In the past I've been on all of them. Took xanax by itself for years my choice to change as my granddaughter got hold of a new bottle of it. I really think my Daughte-in-law who abuses drugs took it and blames her daughter. But anyway I'd still be on it if not for that. I never felt the need to increase. Actually a pdoc said take more didn't like the feeling and cut back. My new pdocs plan for me is no ad's as it was obvious to him my diagnosis is primary panic disorder. Weaning off the ad and he plans to give me long acting xanax. Love Phillipa ps seriously I've never had a problem switching benzos whether short or long acting. But klonopin did make me feel suicidal. And pdoc immediatedly put me back on xana.
