I wasn't sure it was you...I just forget.
As I would have said, I do Pilates for my degenerative spinal condition.
I've done maybe 18 months and I'll have to keep doing it.
Nerve pain is just awful.Boswellia, and
Curcumin (from Tumeric)
are both useful antiinflammories.I would land up in hospital with septic arthitis within a month if I didn't take those and
glucosamine
fish oil, and
various flavanoids.High maintenance, hey?
