Hi there,
I read your post and have had the exact same issues! I have been on antidepressants regularly now for anxiety/ OCD for about 3 years and have also gained about 40 lbs from them. I bought a blood sugar monitor and low and behold, I am in the "impaired range". On a bright note, I did the south beach diet two years ago and lost most of it, however... I found that i didn't feel very good on it... but it did answer some of my questions.
I think I am going to go to a nutritonist and a endoccronologist. Bottom line, I have to take the meds, but I want to see what I can do to offset it, even if it is a little.
