Maybe a med switch? Abilify is pretty much weight neutral.
Exercise of course is the way to go for actual weight loss...I've found pilates+other stuff works well; the pilates makes doing other stuff (aerobic, swimming, whatever) faster and easier and the results are better. Plus, you can do a video at home--its good stuff.
Maybe you could add in metformin? It might address some of the metabolic stuff that meds might be doing.
