The sedation with remeron is not anxiolytic or relaxing. It's more of a haze, like you'd get if you took too much benadryl. Even with this sedation, it actually hasn't helped me fall asleep because my mind gets stimulated in this haze, if that makes sense. I don't know if 30 mg would have more sedation or stimulation, it could have both. I just want to know if it will have more of an effect on anxiety.
