The exact same situation you described is me all the way. The difference is the Abilify isn't working, it's just making me dizzy, hungry, sad and happy. I'm taking myself off of it, as of three days ago. I'm doing okay, just bad headaches thus far. The lower dose didn't do anything but I think it takes about two to three weeks to take effect.
