No, that combo isn't particularly dangerous (in the sense of being fatally toxic) Phillipa. I'm just surprised that you're still so anxious given that Luvox potentates the benzos and prolongs their half-lives. This seems to add credence to the idea you are suffering rebound anxiety as a result of having developed a substantial tolerance to the benzos and being in a state of semi-withdrawal for most of the daytime.
