Thanks for the information and for your support. I am on 20mg of the Focalin XR each morning. Today is my second day. So far, so good. I'm staying hopeful! Mostly I want to be able to focus better at work. I have BPII and ADD.
The last year and a half since Katrina has been very challenging. I'm trying to do the best I can. I'm so glad my pdoc is still in town. Many, many doctors have moved away. Thanks for your encouragement. It helps!

Also I might mention that I take 75 mg. of effexor XR in the morning. This combination seems to be working real well for me. My Doctor did up the focalin XR to 30 mg a day hear a while back with only one of the 10 mg of methylphinadate in the evening but I didn't like the effects of that combination at all. It made me feel nervous and "geeky" if you know what I mean.
