Since there is not a formal test for ADD, I'm not sure that I have it but I think I do. I have taken Adderall in the past and think it helped before. See how uncertain I am about everything?
That bothers me that I can't remember too. Poor recall.How does one really know they have ADD? Don't most people have shades of ADD today becasue there is so much thrown at us along with so many options? I am very cynical about modern technologies for giving memore choices since it makes my life more complicated, not easier.
I have trouble reading, always have...I don't remember movies or books I've read. It seems like I have many of the symptoms of the inattentive type, although my pdoc has not focused on this aspect of my depression very much.
I will pursue this avenue with him again, thanks for pointing out what should be crystal clear...
