I'm sorry to hear your troubles. I can sure relate though.

Going cold turkey is almost always asking for trouble. Sometimes doing a slow wean isn't any fun either, but cold turkey is real hard for most people. You never know what weird things will happen. That zoloft had lots of serotonin dampening things down. Now it's gone and so all your senses are exaggerated. Same with klonopin. Wellbutrin was keeping extra dopamine floating around. So with it gone, dopamine falling, and then seroquel to further block whatever dopamine is left, that could explain the restless legs.

It's really hard to tell what is doing what. You are going through withdrawals and adjusting to new stuff all at the same time. In my own experience antidepressant withdrawals usually last 2 to 6 weeks. When I stopped 25mg zoloft cold turkey after just a month on it I went through withdrawals for a solid 3 weeks.

I'm always in a hurry when I want to change something. The prices I've paid for that are high. Now I force myself to slow down, titrate slower, and wean slower.
