I'm currently only at 50mg but feel that same pattern as last time. Increasing the dose, feeling good for a couple of days, then feeling like crap. Anyone out there experience this?

It's supposed to be a mood stabilizer and used for depression now too as well as for bipolar. I am on 100 mg. for depression, but like you I do not find it very helpful for depression. Maybe if I stopped I would feel otherwise, but like you I can be happy one moment and feel like I am going to burst into tears the next. I was not like this before I started Lamictal. I would like to get off of it myself, but one has to be careful in that regard.
