It appears to be an nmda glutamate antagonist but with stronger binding i.e more like ketamine than memantine, it therefore increases dopamine............it also lowers cortisol (HPA axis) and inhibits voltage sensitive sodium channels and protects against excess Ca+ influx!!
slight problem though.........it is ridiculously expensive, and the drug company wants it to stay that way. They were even reluctant to give out the drug for the trials!!!!!!!!
However, it did not work for SLS from the archives
on here!!But if you look on google in november this year another company seemed to be appealing (so far succesfully) to market their generic version of the drug!!!
