Do you have any links on this? A quick google search spit out lots of articles on tamoxifen INCREASING depression. (in women, didn't know it had been tried in men). Which makes sense since it's anti-estrogen, though I haven't a clue what it would do in a man. I know they sometimes treat depression in men by giving testosterone, maybe this does something similar. (Though, off topic, but I think the world would be a lot more civilized if men were given drugs to decrease testosterone....) Cecilia
