Calling all EMSAM experts

Well, it is day 4, and now I want to know.....can I cut the darn thing in half, or even quarters???
Of course all of the directions say not to...is it because it is time released? Guess they would lose money too in the long run.
This feels just like the Concerta felt to me after a few days, and eerily like those diet pills I took 15 years ago......which I finally quit both of them
Sure wish I could go the natural route, but oh well...
ANy advice, comments, putdowns...all is welcome!
Do I just need to give it time? Duh.
