I dunno. I don't do it often anymore. That I'm aware of.
But sometimes I'd wake up at the end of what I assumed was a convulsion of some sort.Like mebbe a giant full body twitch. I think the pain of biting my tongue would wake me up or something. I'd bite it HARD.
Then after ascertaining that my tongue was still attached and not bleeding too, too badly, I'd just go back to sleep.
This would happen only proly several times a year at most.
So I dunno?
