The only problem I could see is using a TCA (Elavil) and a SSRI (Lexapro) together for the action on serotonin of both meds and possibly the norepi effects of Elavil in co-use with the Wellbutrin.

I'm not sure it would be a huge issue and I think it might very much be dose related.... that being said, there are any number of meds mixed that on the surface would be a no-no but in practice, they are not a problem. However, if it were me, I would check it out again with my neuro or prehaps with a pharmacist or your Pdoc just to be on the safe side.
