Its not a significant P450 interaction for most medications but it is nonetheless listed. I wouldn't drink a gallon of it on Luvox but then personally a gallon of grapefruit juice is not particularly tasty as it tends to impart a taste on everything else. I more enjoy a cut half one for breakfast if I had any at all.
