at a higher dosage Remeron will increase noradrenaline transmission. Remeron is clearly not an
anxiolitic and it is only indicated for depression. If you take a Remeron during "interview" anxiety your heart beat will be harder and faster (pos. inotropic, chronotropic action). You will feel more alert in situations of concentration eg. learning, maybe an advantage. You may feel some pseudo anxiolitic properties due to sedation because of Remerons antihistamine actions. I don't think there's much anti-anxiety due to blocking 5ht-2 receptors.
