fish oil bad in Hypervitaminosis A patients?

Accutane depression is caused by Hypervitaminosis A. That is what I have
I just read here that Fish oil could cause this condition to get worse due to containing vitamin A itself

Maybe the fish oil is to blame in my case. I will see how I feel tomorrow and I will consider stop taking it all together
