My face used to ache. The tension seemed to be in my jaw muscles. It was really uncomfortable. This developed when I was coming off Olanzapine 5 mg. When I switched from cold turkey to 2.5 mg the pain eased. I wasn't grinding my teeth though, I didn't even have my teeth clenched.
