Hi gadman,

I would think Effexor and Cymbalta as SSNRI's would have the potential to be activating due to their dual action that includes norepi. As far as the SSRI's, I found they are very individualistic with what snows one person can spin another up. This response can also seem to change for one as time goes on on them.

I'm not sure I'm much help.
