You might want to look into inositol too. Myo-inositol seems to be a marker of tissue repair and accumulates around glial cells in former MDMA users. I don't know to what degree increasing inositol intake would promote this process, though. Even if it doesn't really help with this, it is a good supplement to keep serotonin receptors and cell membranes healthy.
