Hey Matt

I'm slowly learning self-hypnosis. But more to relax.

I was on 4 mg of Klonopin and then I went to
3.5 mg and recently down to 3 mg but I think I will have to go up to 3.25 mg. I am going to come off this stuff.

We don't have Ambien in Canada.

I have used Immovane which is similar to Lunesta ... bad after and all. But it doesn't work any more.

I am now prescribed Nozinan, an old anti-psychotic that is stronger than Thorazine (which I used to take). But I think it makes me fat.

So I use Benadryl.

I can't get another pdoc. We don't have that luxury where I live.

As wacky as my pdoc is, he is also a gentle and kind soul. He has paid for meds when I had no money ... close to $300 worth and he would let me pay him back. He had the pharmacy charge it to his personal credit card ( he works out of his home and part-time in a psych hospital ... he is in his 80's).
