I've been on Effexor XR for about a month and I feel wonderful.The terrible anxiety is gone,the sense of hopelessness has lifted but best of all I don't feel like maybe today I will kill my self.
I have a lot more energy and interest in things I used to enjoy.
Side effects? A bit zoomy and I've lost about 15 lbs,which is not a bad thing.
