Symbyax is prozac and zyprexa in the same pill. I prefer to take them individually, so that you can adjust the doses of each as you want to, and so you can take each at different times of the day if you want to.

I took prozac along with various augmentors for years. Zyprexa was by far the best addition. But it wasn't perfect. I still had some flatness, apathy, lack of motivation, and social withdrawal...but I was not depressed sad or blue in any way. I ate good, slept good, worked good, and sexual side effects were minimal.

Benefits with the combination should be evident even in the first week. If you try it for a month without benefit, there is no need to continue.
