Things like that you'st to make me feel angry, now I just feel apathetic!I really sympathised with the writer because I am in a similar position.
I strongly suspect that my problems have a biological basis, yet I'm continually told I need CBT therapy!
Like its some kind of cure all!P.S.-Sorry to have been out of touch for a while, I've just been feeling absolutely terrible!
