pdoc and I decided to increase cymbalta from 60 mg to 90 mg to see if I get a better response.
This mornng I've been sending emails to people telling them that I'm all depressed, (this is the 3rd bad day in a row. 5/7 days this week in depression, only 2 "good days". Take pity on me, blah blah blah... poor llrrrpp.
I've been crying all morning. whew. What a wreck. I did get a few things off my chest in my e-mails. I feel kind of funny, though. Queasy, dizzy.
I'm a mess.
pdoc asked me: so how are you handling the medication?
me: I'm handling the medicine fine, but I'm not handling my life very well right now.-ll
p.s. just venting. not looking for advice really.
