I have smoked it a few times. I agree with you, it can be an effective treatment for a host of psychiatric problems. It helped my concentration, sleep, anxiety, and mood all in one.
It would give me a bit of a buzz, but it was far from any form of *perpetual* euphoria. The euphoric feeling would only last so long, and there were withdrawl symptoms.
