hi, should i do it? go upto 400 mg seroquel once PM at night instead of 100 mg twice a day?

the 100 mg only once taken cured me, but after day 20 mg i got terrible withdrawal symtoms, you once said to me my dopamine is too low.
400 mg PM might not cause this problem. what you think?
