taking a SNRI with an SSRI is not the best idea as there is a potential for a little thing called serotonin syndrome & that can kill you. The small one time dose is not an indication of safety as these drugs tend to build in your system over time. Prozac has a very long half life & is eliminated very very slowly. This means that the drug will continue to build in you system for as much as a month to get to a steady level in your body. both SNRI's & SSRI's boost serotonin levels & when taking a SSRI people should not take anyother drug or suppliment that boosts serotonin levels & I believe the same goes for SNRI's. That includes the suppliments L-Tryptophan or any of its derivatives.
