I've got a similar problem, and desipramine did Not Good Things to my blood pressure -- think unexpected close up views of the carpetting... Nardil, too, is known to cause orthostatic hypotension, although I'm not sure about general lowering.

Effexor certainly is known to raise blood pressure, and Ritalin raised mine while boosting my mood. I've been in my normal range on Wellbutrin, if that helps.

And Scott's right, florinef is the drug I've come across most often as the fix for lowered BP.
