Matt:

I have a similar type of problem with my anxiety and depression. Sometimes it gets better as I go into the evening/night time. I remember before I got treatment with meds, morning would be like HELL to me. They are still bad, but I find I can kinda help myself with knocking away at the symptoms with meds. Is there anyway you can talk to your doctor about going back on meds? I know it is *horrible* bud...just try to wait it out...until you can get back to meds. Maybe some of the alternative herbals might help for now?

Take good care,
Jay
