I took it for anxiety and all it did was knock me out cold and leave me so groggy the next day I couldn't go to work. It was too strong for me even at 25mg. My pdoc started me at 200mg, I slept for almost 20 hours, then I kept cutting back until I reached 25mg but I still didn't like it, way too sedating and messy, he should have just upped my valium dose and I would have been fine to get through that rough patch.
