I've been in the industrial world for 25 years and been involved with hiring dozens of people. After your first job, no one will care what your grades were, nor even where you went to school, other than to say, "oh, Yale, yeh, good school...(yawn)". But you need to put your energy into making something good happen now instead of ranting about the AD's...there's nothing you can do about that now. Best of luck!
