Tepi, thank you for responding back. I started back on my Effexor 3 days ago on my own. I haven't been on it since October and had some refills still at the pharmacy. I was always more mellow and calmer on it so I figured what the heck. I hate all the other side effects but I needed to do something. I feel less "crazy" but still bad. I'm not going to tell me pdoc about starting it back up. Thank you for asking how I was doing. We just got to hang in there. I'm glad that you're at least some what better.I'll keep you in my prayers. Love, CEK
