Hi Marty,
if you can tolerate some initial anxiety, Yohimbe can have an excellent effect on all phases of sexual response, it has worked for me quite often, even while on 20 mgs. prozac, but i take the Twin Lab Yohimbe Fuel, which has 8 mgs. of pharmuecutical grade "YOHIMBINE", definetly a difference from regular yohimbe products.if taken after 4 p.m., it can also cause insomnia, but i found it to work almost everytime i've tryed, although the last time i had more anxiety than usual. i am now weaning off prozac, hopefully my sexual respose will return to base-line, after i week i feel closer to normal, and my energy level overall is way better...john
