Hey!
All I meant was that I shouldn't think that all my (mental health) problems will be solved just by seeing this pdoc for this one (?) appointment. I think that would be unrealistic.
I am actually very hopeful that this appointment will be very enlightening and helpful to me - I am very opened minded about it.
