Hi. I am on Lexapro, 10 mg in morning, and Remeron, 15 mg at night.

This seems like a good combo for me. I think it works better than just lexapro alone, though of course it is so hard to tell sometimes. It seems to give me an extra grounding if that makes sense. Also, though I am not sexually active in my relationship, I do think that with Remeron and Lexapro combined, I feel more romantic and passionate than with just Lexapro. But I don't know if that is just the power of suggestion from my pdoc saying that Remeron can offset low libido caused by SSRIs in some people.

Remeron does make me hungrier, and I have gained a couple pounds, but by writing down everything I eat, I have managed not to gain large amounts of weight. It's a challenge but I am hanging in with Remeron. I am still not considered overweight. The munchies are the only problem I have noticed.

P.S. I am a woman, and relatively petite, so I think that why those relatively low dosages work for me.
