Head injuries

I know that head injuries take a long time
to improve, and much depends on what part
of the brain has been injured. Closed head
injuries can be serious. If you feel better
and can or your friend take a look at
the net.

Dizziness is very common. I had that, and
severe headache, sometimes nausea.

You sound OK though, conscious and everything
and pretty articulate - your memory may suffer;

Best of luck.
