my doc wants me to increase my lexapro from 10 to 20 mgs. but as i understand it, the literature says doses above 10 mg had no increased benefit, and you know the drug company would love to list it if there was, so there must REALLY have been no evidence. why would the literature not show this if increased doses seem to at least sometimes help people?
