Hi Dec

For me, diazepam relieves physical tension associated with anxiety ie. muscle tension. There are a lot of symptoms that it doesn't relieve!

>you and I call anxiety is not the same

I've experienced several different types of anxiety myself, anxiety comes in many forms.

>We are not really helped by psych words (anxiety, depression etc) when we have far more expressive and precise words available to us (dread, fear, disappointment etc).

There's a lot of truth in that Dec. 'Dysphoria' is a particularly useless piece of psychiatric jargon. It's almost like a euphemism for distress.
