Wow thank you for the response...this is a lot of info. I am sorry to say I don't know what a lot of those words mean but I would like to find out. I would really like to educate myself as much as possible.

What is........
cortisol
neurotransmitters
DHEA and pregnenalone
biosynthesis of sterols

I think I need a lot of education...this is all so new to me. Before I had AD I never dealt with any of this stuff. SO I guess it is a learning process.
Also for some reason my acne is really bad around my chin line. I am so ready for this stuff to be gone it can be so painful and make me so self concious.

Thank you again for your very informative reply. I would like to hear more.
