Keeping the lowest effective dose is your first step.

After this, there are some other pharmacudicals that can be used to counteract this side effect.

Wellbutrin is the first that comes to mind. It is a non serotonergic antidepressant that is sometimes combined with other AD's to reduce sexual side effects.

Impotence drugs like viagra can also be usefull.

There is a drug called periactin, which can be usefull. I don't know the status on this drug, but it is available online without a prescription (legally, I believe). It may be a prescription in the U.S. I don't know.

Some people get help with herbs. Ginkgo has been studied for its ability to reduce antidepressant induced anorgazmia. Others use yohimbine sucessfully.

Caffiene can be helpfull for some.
