The worst is Lamictal - all that damn titrating!

The worst is when you start a med that you suspect will not work (ie, you have failed many SSRIs and now you are starting a new one), then waiting for 3-4 weeks on the off chance that you are wrong. One of the reasons I dislike conventional antidepressants. Things like antipsychotics are much more satisfying - you try it for 2 or 3 days, then switch if you don't feel anything.
