thanks.I had read into bipolar not long ago and thats when i saw how severe my highs and lows had been.the first low i had was severly dark and suicidal and lonely.the first high i had was awesome so confident and full of self esteem and friends.When i had my second down it hit hard and since then iv been like a yoyo.the highs are crazy the lows are empty and dark and i feel so alienated.does lithium help ?
