Merri-Tulli it's the same way in the states. Don't know where the people who post find a doctor to RX them. Most of them like willyee's doctor are very old and remember when they were the only choice. But SSRI's are the ones most prescribed. Occasionally an older doc will prescribe TCA's. But almost anyone can see a pdoc. Fondly, Phillipa
