Hi S,
I took standard alprazolam. I tried various doses: 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 2mg and 3mg. The lower doses caused cognitive impairment but didn't reduce anxiety. High doses were very sleep inducing.
Diazepam is a useful drug when severe physical tension is present.
