During workout Dysphoria?

Posted by psychopharmaddict on October 4, 2005, at 20:03:22

Hello, i need some advise on a few questions reguarding this problem. Ok, just a brief, I do take adderall 30mg , and some caffiene, but im not sure if this has factor, because I do take .5mg of klonopin every 8 hrs, to combat this excitatory feeling.
Basically when i work out, or even do strenuous work, and my heart rate climbs high, I dont feel right, I cant talk, because im breathing hard, my entire body is hot and cold, goose bumbs i guess, and a dysphoric tired but anxiety feeling.

Now here is the funny thing. About 10 minutes after my workout, I shower, and the second i step out of the shower, (even while showering i guess the hot and cold from my skin is still interacting with the water, but i begin to feel good. After say 5 minutes, I will sit down say on my computer and really feel much better.

So im expecting, that my heart rate and adrenaline is shooting up to high. I also, off that subject do night security at a bar, and when im sitting down, and I am called to a fight occurring or something like that, My adrenaline shoots up so fast, i feel like i cant breath, like that fight or flight syndrome. Its sorta scary because If i have to subdue some guy that takes me like 1 minute to wrestle , im introuble due to this feeling and out of breath.

thankx
